As well as vehicles, we can also ship rolling (wheeled) machinery to Maputo in Mozambique or Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania to be eventually imported into Malawi.

The cargo will have to be collected from the port of choice as we do not arrange inland haulage. Β We have two sailings a month from Tilbury to Dar-es-Salaam, with a speedy transit time of 21 days – this is a direct sailing which means it is quicker.

Because of its size, wheeled machinery is usually shipped using the roro (roll on, roll off) method where the unit is securely lashed directly to the floor of the vessel throughout the voyage.

The cargo would all be under deck and protected from the elements, and they are lashed down to prevent movement and damage in transit.

To get a quote from us, please contact us with the weight and dimensions (length, width and height) of your cargo, and let us know which method of shipment you would like and any information regarding deadlines or timescales so we can try to work around those for you.
