We offer an efficient service with very competitive rates for shipping machinery to New Zealand. We can offer shipping of machinery by
RoRo – Roll on Roll off Car Shipping:
Ships specifically designed to carry machinery under deck and are not exposed to any external elements. Machinery is secured and lashed to prevent any movement during transit.
There are 2 sailings a month and transit is approx. 52 days usually, although this can vary subject to schedule and destination port, and also depends on whether a transshipment is involved.
20 FT or 40FT containerized shipping:
Machinery is loaded and secured in the container to prevent any movement during transit. Containers are loaded to only carry your machinery and are only opened once they reach the destination port.
Container loadings are from London Gateway (not Felixstowe or Southampton as currently stated). Service is weekly, transit time approx. 52 days

Additional Information
Simba Shipping can handle the shipment of your wheeled (rolling) machinery from Southampton to New Zealand. We offer direct sailings from Southampton to Auckland, but can get your cargo to Wellington or other preferred port as well, just let us know what your preference is.
We can handle tow-able cargo too, such as trailers or stacks of trailers, and plant machinery – just let us know the details of your cargo, including information such as the dimensions; length, width and height – and the weight as we will not be able to supply you with a quote without those.
If there are things loaded inside or on top of the unit please supply us with the overall dimensions and weight of everything all loaded up and ready to go. Please ensure that you have checked that your cargo complies with any rules and regulations for import into New Zealand prior to arranging shipment with us, as we will not be responsible for any complications or costs that arise if the machinery can’t be imported into New Zealand for any reason.
You can contact a clearing agent in New Zealand or the New Zealand Embassy / Consulate in London for some guidelines on importing to New Zealand. They should also be able to advise you on destination costs once the unit gets to New Zealand, as we do not get involved with those so they are not included in our rates.
To provide a hassle free experience for you, our valued customer, we can also offer collection of your vehicle from any address in the UK, and deliver it to our office in Tilbury Port ready for loading.

Please ensure that any rules and regulations or import requirements for shipping your car to New Zealand are approved prior to shipment, as unfortunately we will not be held responsible for any cargo that has not been suitably certified. However, please see the Rules and Regulations for required to ship your car to New Zealand.
